Policy regarding the processing of personal data for registration to the event
Event registrations
Before registering for an event organized by the Multisport Experience, please read the information presented here and the registration will be done if we have your consent regarding the proposed policy in the field of data processing provided.
Who we are
Association of Sports Club Multisport Experience, based in Arad, Cathedral Square, no. 3 ap. 13, CIF 31021976, legally represented by Sorin-Victor Roman, as personal data operator, according to Regulation 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("GDPR").
What data do we collect from you by registering
We collect the data you enter: name, first name, address, email, telephone, date of birth. Optionally you can enter: the occupation, competitions in which you participated, the tutor, the structure represented, the educational institution (in the case of students, students). The registration system collects from you and the date / time you registered.
Also, during the public event we will collect representative photos that we will publish on the social networks in which we activate, send them for dissemination and upload them to the website of the organization or other platforms related to the events organized by us.
These data will be processed taking into account the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data and will be made on the basis of your consent.
Minors can only register with the consent of their parents.
Why do we collect this information
We need the information we require for your participation in the event you are attending. Based on this data we can contact you by phone or email to inform you about the event you have registered for.
The data collected by us are not used for the elaboration of profiles, the persons registered receiving information related to the event in the general way.
How we use the data collected by registering for the event
The information you enter is used for the general running of the event, as follows:
• drawing up and displaying the list of participants, displaying the list of results;
• validation of entries;
• handing over the numbers and chips of the event, where appropriate;
• preparation of digital timing systems, where appropriate;
• preparing the numbers associated with the registered persons;
• Reporting the progress of the event to funders, public institutions and private structures;
• the use of accounting, legal or financial services;
• upon the justified request made by the public structures involved in the running of the event, directly or indirectly;
• other operations necessary for the smooth running of the event;
• archiving the event;
Duration of processing
Your agreement and use of the data is valid until the consent is withdrawn. Withdrawal of the agreement does not produce retroactive effects.
What rights do you have
Once a subscriber, you can exercise your rights specified by Regulation 2016/679 by sending an email to us, as an operator, at experientamultisport@gmail.com.
Your rights are:
• The right of access to personal data;
• The right to rectify data;
• The right to delete the processed data (the right to be forgotten);
• The right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data (the right to oppose you);
• Data portability right;
• The right to opposition;

Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data by sending an email to experientamultisport@gmail.com. The data provided by you will be collected and used up to the time of withdrawal of consent, and then archived.
Who has access to the data sent, when transferred outside the EU / EEA area
The information entered in the subscription window is stored on secure systems to which the personnel of the organization with attributions in the field as well as the IT service providers have access.
